Please note that all orders placed are final, and once processed, can no longer be amended, changed, nor cancelled.

All of our items are made to order, therefore we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct size has been selected before finalising their order at checkout. A size guide is provided for each item as a reference.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

All items are rigorously checked before being packed and shipped, and every bit of care is taken to ensure that our items meet the highest standard.

Orders must be inspected upon receipt, and customers should contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or if they receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue, and make it right.

EU COOLING OFF PERIOD - 14 DAYS

Notwithstanding all of the above, if any merchandise is being shipped into the EU, those customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification.

Items must be in the same condition that they were received, unworn or unused, and kept in the original packaging.

Customers will also need to provide their original proof of purchase.
